City of Eden Prairie Open House

The Citywide Open House is a free annual event in October where residents of Eden Prairie get an up-close and personal look at what it takes to operate a City of nearly 65,000 residents and 3,000 businesses.

Highlights include:

  • Exhibits and demonstrations

  • Public safety vehicles and equipment

  • K-9 demonstrations

  • Snow plows and other maintenance equipment

  • Commercial Vehicle Inspection program

  • Children's programs and activities

  • Chance to meet McGruff the Crime Dog and Sparky the Fire Dog

  • Giveaway items

  • Refreshments
